Fraud Check is a handy feature in the Purview report that enables you to spot fraud at a glance. When assessing key criteria, an X indicates that there could be a problem and all check marks signal the all-clear. Even if fraud check turns up an all-clear, you should still take basic due diligence steps and validate ownership, check sales history, validate value and registered mortgages.
