Purview Launches Automated UserID and Password Resets

PasswordAs of today, existing customers can now request automated UserID and password resets.

If you have forgotten either your User ID and/or password, please follow these simple steps:

  • Click the ‘Click here for Assistance’ link, at the top right hand of the homepage screen
  • Select either ‘I don’t know my Password’ or ‘I don’t know my User ID’ and click ‘Submit’
  • Enter your email address in the box provided and click “Submit

Follow the system prompts and you will be able to receive a user ID reminder or password reset via email at the address you provided during registration.
