Please note that you may experience compatibility issues, such as page flickering if you are using IE 11. These issues are exclusive to IE 11 and do not impact other browers such as Firefox.
Please follow the following instructions to reset your IE compaitivlity and resolve the issue:
- Open the IE browser, click Tools > Compativility View Settings.
- Add the Purview website name (http://brokers.purview.ca) and click the add button. Close the window once complete.
- Click Tools and check to see that the “Compatibility View” has a check mark beside it (Tools > Compatibility View)
- Reopen the IE browser and login to Purview. These steps should resolve the IE11 issue
